A lot of people ask us what the best parts of being an artist might be? How long can I go on for? Creativity, freedom,
travel! First, let me tell you that we live in the mountains of Colorado at 8,000 ft. Our nearest neighbor is one half mile away. There are only three neighbors with in a mile of us. We have many acres of land to buffer us from anyone. Sometimes we work all hours of the night, blasting music and creating! Don't get me wrong...it's not always a party. I'm just expressing the extreme freedom we feel when at home. On top of that, Nicole is an amazing chef! Who needs city resturants here?
There are trees, animals in abundance, hiking, snow, wind!
The nearest town is forty minutes from us. Sometimes it gets deathly quiet! I often feel the silence helps to allow the creative spirit to come calling. Suffice to say, WE ARE HAPPY HERE!
OK, so I have taken many liberties to paint a picture of mountain living. If it weren't for making a living, we might not ever leave home. Would you?
